At Jucys Family of Restaurants, we believe hard work should open doors. That’s why we’re proud to offer a unique scholarship opportunity for our high school team members who are planning to pursue secondary education.

Who Is Eligible for Accrual?

Employees who are 18 years of age or younger
Employees who are enrolled in High School or GED equivalency.
Employees who are continuously employed by any Jucys Family of Restaurants locations for at least one full year before enrolling in secondary school or turning 19, whichever comes first.

How It Works

For every hour you work, you will accrue $1 toward a scholarship fund.
The accrual period begins on the first day of work and ends on the date of your graduation or the date you turn 19, whichever comes first.
The scholarship amount becomes eligible for redemption after one year of employment and on high school graduation or GED completion.
Scholarship funds will be paid directly to the accredited secondary institution of your choice (college, trade school, etc.).

Example Payouts

Work 20 hours/week for 52 weeks = $1,040
Work 20 hours/week for 2 years = $2,080

Redemption Process

Upon graduating high school or completing an equivalent program, submit a request for scholarship form online. This will require the following: Proof of graduation from High School or GED equivalent for the current year.
- Graduation date.
- Proof of enrollment in a secondary institution.
- Proof of work history with the company.
- Amount of hours worked with the company/amount of scholarship awarded.
- Point of contact at the secondary institution for depositing funds.
Scholarship funds will be verified and a check will be issued directly to your chosen school.
